DELIVERY

Panasiapub.com will arrange a courier to deliver the purchased items to your delivery address designated by you and agreed to by Panasiapub.com. Please note that the delivery time span quoted on the Site is only an estimation and shall not be construed as a guarantee. Please allow for at least 7 working days after which you may contact us or send us an enquiry for tracking purposes.

RETURN POLICY

No cancellation of order or refund will be entertained, unless the item you have ordered is out of stock. We will notify you as soon as we can if the item that you want to purchase is out of stock. You can either replace the item with item(s) of same amount or we will make a refund on the amount of the unavailable item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All items sold are non-returnable once sold, except for the following conditions:

• The item received is not what you have ordered.

• The item received is defective, for example missing pages.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS

Unless you have notified Panasiapub.com of any incorrect/defective items received for your purchase within seven (7) days, the items shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract.
