Delivery Rates and Policy
1. If the book is in stock, we will deliver it within 5 to 7 working days.
2. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
3. Free delivery is applicable for deliveries to West Malaysia for purchases more than RM100.
4. If the book is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and advice you on the refund process.

Delivery Policy
- Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout process. Delivery charges will vary based on weight, delivery method and destination.
- The delivery time span is an estimation of the length of time of the book you purchased spends in transit between our warehouse and your delivery address.
- In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from courier and item(s) / parcel is returned to Pan Asia, the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipment and handling charges to redeliver the item(s) / parcel.
